Reasons to email Ms. Hawkings:

     1.    You do not understand an assignment

     2.    You will be absent for an EXTENDED period of time

Do NOT email Ms. Hawkings if:

     1.    You were absent and need an assignment- check the website

     2.    You were absent and need to make up a test or quiz- make-up dates are posted on the website

     3.    You want to know why received a particular grade on an assignment- we will discuss assignments in class

     4.    You received an “NC” in the course- make sure to excuse your absences
