Computer Applications in Business 2&3 is tailored for students to further navigate into the world of computers and software applications. It is a high energy class where students are actively engaged in the learning process. Through hands-on lessons, class, homework assignments, and projects students will develop their skills and knowledge to the highest level of proficiency.
The class will also examine the relationship between technology and society and interpret how computer technology and applications can benefit businesses, government, and educational organizations. Students will acquire skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint that enable them to pass the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification.
In many occasions, students will work in collaborative groups. It is crucial for students to be able to work with and support one another. There will be an emphasis on communication, cooperative learning, and software application demonstration.
